April Trubshaw serves as the Global Head of Talent at PA Consulting since November 2020, following a notable tenure at Cushman & Wakefield where April held the position of International Partner and EMEA Head of Talent & Performance, contributing to the EMEA HR Leadership Team during significant organizational changes. With previous experience as UK&I Head of Talent, Engagement & Development at Hays, April developed comprehensive talent and engagement strategies for a large workforce across multiple offices. April's career began in various roles at CITE (Associates) Ltd and CTEC, leading initiatives in training and operations, complemented by an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of West London and a BTec HND in Beauty Therapy & Management from the London College of Fashion.
