Laura Blake

Laura Blake, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Laura currently serves as the Human Resource Director at P&A Group, Inc. Since May 2021, they have been responsible for overseeing HR functions in the company. Prior to their current role, Laura held various positions at Heritage Ministries starting in 1996. Laura served as the Vice President of Human Resources from January 2018 to November 2020, where they played a key role in HR management. Before that, Laura held the position of Regional Corporate Director of Human Resources from April 1999 to January 2018. Laura started their career at Heritage Ministries as the Director of Human Resources from December 1996 to April 1999. With their extensive background and expertise in HR, Laura Blake has a strong foundation in managing HR functions in different organizations.

Laura Blake, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the State University of New York at Fredonia, which they obtained between 1991 and 1996. In addition to their degree, Laura has also obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in June 2021.
