Since 2010, Lisa has been with P&A Group, focusing on enhancing the customer service experience through administration and sales support. Previously, Lisa supervised the group insurance department at P&A Group from 2003 to 2010, managing operations and staff in various core revenue services. Prior experience includes managing client services and quality control at ee-plan, Inc., and serving as Benefits Administrator at Olin Corporation, where Lisa administered benefits for a large employee base. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Media Communications from Medaille University.
