James Maunder

James Maunder is an experienced professional in public policy and strategic communications, currently serving as Sector Lead for Telecommunications, Technology & Transactions at PAA Advisory since December 2022. With a strong commitment to inclusivity, James also contributes as a Board Member for Autism Speaks Canada, chairing the Government Relations Committee. Previously, James held multiple board positions with organizations such as the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, the Canadian American Business Council, and the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada. Notably, James served as Director of Public Policy for Amazon in Canada and prior to that, as Vice President of Public Affairs and Communications at Xplornet Communications. James has a solid foundation in political advisory roles, including Chief of Staff to the Minister at the Innovation, Science and Economic Development Ministry. James holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Political Science and Government from the University of Saskatchewan.
