Natasha Falvay

Natasha Falvay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple positions and industries. Natasha is currently working as a Product Manager at Paack, where they are responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap. Natasha creates product documents, translates product strategy into requirements, and collaborates with engineering teams for product development. Prior to this, Natasha worked as a System Sr Project Manager at Paack, where they focused on identifying process improvements and managing system development projects with cross-disciplinary teams.

Before joining Paack, Natasha worked at Logisfashion as a Product Owner, overseeing the MS SharePoint document management system. Natasha also served as an Operation & Excellence Project Manager, ensuring policy enforcement and compliance, monitoring operational excellence systems, and developing quality control processes.

Earlier in their career, Natasha worked as a Quality Assurance Project Manager at Estampaciones Fuerte, S.A., and as a Quality and Aftersales Project Manager at ESTRUAGUA WATER TECHNOLOGY, where they supervised budgeting, monitored KPIs, maintained quality management systems, and ensured compliance with quality policies.

Natasha also has experience as a Project Manager at TCP Sistemas e Ingeniería, where they monitored and supported projects, ensured proper documentation, and implemented operational tools. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager at Grupo Constech C.A, where they developed project plans, provided direction and support to project teams, and interacted with stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Natasha Falvay attended Universidad Santa Maria Venezuela from 2005 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. In March 2021, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance.
