Shelley Percich

Shelley Percich possesses extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as an ITSM Business Analyst at PACCAR since October 1997. In this role, Shelley is responsible for critical IT Service Management activities, including Service Fulfillment, Knowledge Management, Operational Level Agreements, Change Management, and Incident Management, while also leading multiple Lean projects as a Lean Belt. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst at PACCAR, Shelley managed a variety of IT projects across engineering, manufacturing, and internal initiatives, including the establishment of IT frameworks and systems for both PACCAR Engine Company and a new factory in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Prior experience includes more than a decade at Boeing, where Shelley advanced from a COBOL/FORTRAN programmer to positions such as Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Resource Manager. Educational qualifications include a BBA with a concentration in Computing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and an Associate of Arts in Math and Science from Concordia University Ann Arbor.
