Community Research Associate Director at Pace Center for Girls

Michelle DiStefano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michelle most recently worked at Pace Center for Girls, where they held the position of Information and Research Associate starting in May 2022. Michelle then moved on to become the Community Research Associate Director in March 2023.

Prior to their time at Pace Center for Girls, Michelle worked at the University of North Florida as a Visiting Assistant Professor of Public Administration from August 2021 to May 2022. Michelle's earlier career includes roles as a Compensation Analyst at Mercer from 2000 to 2002, and as an Administrative Assistant for the Field Sales and Marketing Department at MillerCoors (Miller Brewing Company) from 1996 to 2000.

Michelle DiStefano completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Urban Studies and Public Affairs from Cleveland State University in 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Rutgers University - Camden. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained a certification as a Results Based Accountability Certified Professional from Clear Impact, LLC in October 2022.
