Peter Grabell

Peter Grabell has an extensive work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Peter is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Market Development at PACE Equity, LLC since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Dividend Finance as the Senior Vice President of Commercial PACE from August 2015 to December 2022. In this role, they led the Commercial PACE division and was responsible for engaging California cities and counties to adopt Dividend's PACE program.

Before joining Dividend Finance, Grabell was the Principal at Stonesteps Holdings LLC from March 2013 to December 2017. Peter also worked as the Managing Director at Clark Street Capital from November 2010 to October 2012. Additionally, they served as the Vice President and Western Regional Manager at Double Rock Corporation from December 2009 to July 2010.

Earlier in their career, Grabell held the position of Executive Vice President at Bridger Commercial Funding from September 1998 to May 2010. Peter started their career at GE Capital as the Manager of Business Development and Sales from August 1996 to September 1998, where they developed and implemented web strategies and created a strategic alliance with major commercial brokerage firms.

Peter Grabell completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government at Haverford College from 1974 to 1978. Peter later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) focused on Finance/Real Estate at Columbia Business School from 1980 to 1982.
