Joan Kwiatkowski

Joan Kwiatkowski has a strong background in healthcare management, with experience as a CEO in multiple organizations. Joan started their career as the CEO of CareLink/PACE in 1997, where they served until April 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Managing Consultant at Leading Age RI starting in 1999. In 2005, they became the CEO of PACE Organization of Rhode Island and continues to hold that position.

Joan Kwiatkowski attended Boston College from 1976 to 1980. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. After completing their undergraduate education, they went on to enroll at the Boston University School of Social Work to obtain a Masters degree in Social Work. Additionally, Joan furthered their education by attending the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management.
