Kathryn Coleman

Kathryn Coleman, LMSW, serves as the Behavioral Health Services Manager at PACE Southeast Michigan, where responsibilities include providing psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and psychiatric case management for participants with complex mental and physical health conditions. With a background in facilitating psychoeducational groups and conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, Kathryn collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and partners with psychiatrists for medication management. Additionally, Kathryn is an instructor for Mental Health First Aid, presenting educational content to reduce stigma and increase awareness of mental illness. Previous experience includes roles as a Geriatric Social Worker at Mercy Health and a Patient Family Liaison at Seasons Hospice & Palliative Care, as well as academic involvement as a Clinical Associate Professor at Michigan State University. Kathryn holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Michigan State University.
