PACEM is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization serving the greater Charlottesville, Va., region since 2004. Our purpose is to alleviate the challenges of homelessness through compassionate support, relationship building, and facilitation of services. We operate winter emergency shelter, our Secure Seniors and Secure Women housing programs, and support disability applications for guests via SOAR-certified staff.
