Jesse Mosier

Jesse Mosier is the current Head of Legal at Pachama. Prior to this, Jesse was the first General Counsel at Migo, where they established the legal function, setting it up for scale and success. Jesse's areas of expertise include general corporate matters, commercial contracts and partnership agreements, labor law and equity compensation, cross-border tax planning and transfer pricing, and managing a company's IP.

Previously, Jesse was an associate at Latitud, Gunderson Dettmer, and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. At Latitud, Jesse represented Latin America-based technology companies raising financing from international venture capital firms, in strategic acquisitions, and general corporate matters.

Jesse began their legal career as a summer associate at White & Case LLP before externing in the Office of the Legal Advisor at the U.S. Department of State.

Jesse Mosier has a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, a BA from New York University, and a Certificate in Contemporary Latin American Studies from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Their manager is Diego Saez-Gil, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Alejandro Vizio - Design, Tomas Aftalion - Founder & CTO, and Carly Keller - Project Partner Lead.
