Michael Seidl

Michael Seidl has extensive experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law, currently serving as Of Counsel at Pachulski Stang since March 2000. In this role, Michael provides advice and representation to corporate debtors, committees, and other stakeholders in bankruptcy-related matters. Prior positions include Partner and Associate at Pachulski Stang, where responsibilities also involved advising on bankruptcy and related litigation, and an Associate at Wolf Block, focusing on bankruptcy and corporate matters. Michael holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Georgetown University Law Center and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in English Language and Literature from the University of Delaware.
