Shane Ganalon

Shane Ganalon is a seasoned professional in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as a Senior Buyer/Planner at PacBio since September 2021. In this role, Shane collaborates with internal R&D and NPI stakeholders to develop demand planning forecasts and integrates data into actionable build plans for executive presentations. Prior to PacBio, Shane held a similar position at Omniome Inc. from December 2019 until its acquisition by Pacific Biosciences, focusing on new product introductions and design changes. Shane also gained valuable experience at pSemi, a Murata Company, as a New Product Introduction Planner I/II, managing fabrication material schedules and forecasts. Earlier experience includes a logistics specialist role at SunOpta, where Shane coordinated the flow of raw materials and improved operational efficiency. Shane holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
