Dana Hollick-Kenyon is an experienced professional in operational support and case management, currently serving as the Manager of Operational Support at Pacific Blue Cross since February 2019. Previous roles include Assistant Manager of Claims Services Policy and Standards at Pacific Blue Cross, and Disability and Attendance Management Coordinator at Providence Health Care, where Dana played a key role in obtaining an “Accredited with Exemplary Standing” designation for the Occupational Health and Safety department. Early career experience includes positions at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers and the Canadian Mental Health Association, where Dana contributed to various projects, including policy analysis and operational support for inclusivity initiatives. Dana holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Simon Fraser University, in addition to studying Politics at the University of Leeds.
