Debra Bogowitz

Debra Bogowitz is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Pacific Clinics since April 2024. Previously, Debra held the same title at Lattice Semiconductor from 2013 to April 2024, where responsibilities included establishing global HR strategies and overseeing talent acquisition and employee relations as a member of the Executive Committee. Debra also served as Corporate HR Director at REACH Air Medical/Global Medical Response, managing a 20-member team for a workforce of 10,000. Earlier roles included Senior OD Consultant at Career Systems International, Division Sr. HR Manager at Intel Corporation, and HR Manager at National Semiconductor. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Notre Dame and completed postgraduate studies in Human Resources Management at Amberton University.
