Carmen Chan

Carmen Chan is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Assistant Marketing Manager at Pacific Coffee since January 2021. In this role, Carmen manages social media content, e-Commerce promotions, and road shows to boost brand awareness for JURA, while also engaging in digitalization projects. Previous positions include Management Trainee at Pacific Coffee, where Carmen rotated through various departments and initiated improvements, a Pop-up Store Promotion Ambassador at Bose Corporation, and trainee roles in F&B catering service and guest service at Hong Kong Convention and Walt Disney World. Carmen holds a Bachelor of BBA in Hotel and Tourism Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
