Rogerlin started their career as a Professional Staff Care Consultant at Staff Care in 2014, where they focused on addressing the shortage in healthcare facilities. Rogerlin then moved on to All Medical Personnel as a Healthcare Recruiter in 2017. In 2018, they became a Senior Healthcare Recruiting Consultant at Consilium Staffing, where they played a crucial role in securing qualified physician and advanced provider coverage. Currently, Rogerlin is the Director of Recruiting at Pacific Companies, where they lead recruitment efforts for surgeons, sub-specialists, medical directors, and physician executives.
