Edwina Mirams has an extensive work experience in HR and talent management. Edwina recently worked as the Chief People Officer at Pacific Concepts, where they were responsible for managing the organization's HR functions. Before that, they held the position of Head of HR Operations at Hunter St. Hospitality. Prior to these roles, they served as Head of Human Resources Operations at Rockpool Dining Group and as a Talent & Culture Executive at Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. Edwina has also held various HR positions at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, Pullman Hotels & Resorts, Novotel Wollongong Northbeach, and Commercial Metals Company. Edwina started their career as an intern at Morgan McKinley.

Edwina Mirams has a Masters in Human Resource Management from Deakin University, which they completed from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they attended The University of Wollongong from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Double Degree of Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce, with a focus on History and Human Resource Management. In 2014, they also earned a Certificate IV TAE in Training and Development from TAFE Illawarra. Edwina completed their high school education at The Scots School Albury from 2006 to 2010, with a curriculum encompassing Design & Technology, Modern History, General Maths, Advanced English, and Business Studies. Additionally, they obtained a Return to Work Coordinator certification from Easy HR in 2015.
