Jaime Shean

Jaime Shean is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Pacific Dental Services since June 2023. Previously, Jaime held the position of VP, General Counsel at Veros Real Estate Solutions from May 2020 to June 2023, overseeing legal affairs and compliance in the mortgage industry. Prior to that, Jaime was Assistant General Counsel at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP, providing extensive legal support and risk management. As a Partner at Assayag Mauss, LLP, Jaime offered counsel on financial regulations and represented clients in various courts. Early in the career, Jaime worked as an Associate at Paul Hastings Janofsky & Walker, focusing on labor and employment law, and began as a Summer Legal Intern at Public Counsel. Jaime holds a JD from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Journalism and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
