Jayne Stevenson

Climate Policy Associate (she/her/hers) at Pacific Environment

Jayne Stevenson is a Climate Policy Associate at Pacific Environment, a position held since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant in the Earth Systems Program at Stanford Earth, supporting a large introductory course, as well as a Research Assistant at the Stanford King Center on Global Development, where pollution data analysis from satellite imagery was conducted. Jayne has also interned at the California Energy Commission, contributing to Senate Bill 100 implementation, and at the Environmental Defense Fund, focusing on climate policy and public health concerns. Additional roles include research internships at Environment Minnesota and St. Louis Park SEEDS, a nonprofit organization dedicated to education and sustainability. Jayne holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Earth Systems from Stanford University, alongside a high school diploma from St. Louis Park Senior High School.
