Kobie van der Merwe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital solutions, healthcare, and analytics delivery. Currently serving as the Delivery Lead for Digital Solutions at Pacific Life Re since March 2024, Kobie has previously held leadership roles at Ingram Micro as Delivery Transformation Lead and at 33n as Associate Director for Analytics Delivery and Product. Expertise includes overseeing transformation initiatives, directing IT product roadmaps, and managing multi-disciplinary teams to deliver data-driven healthcare solutions. Kobie has a solid educational background, holding an MBA from Stellenbosch Business School, alongside nursing administration and registered nursing degrees from Stellenbosch University.
