Manu Francis, PMP®, is an experienced professional with a strong background in reinsurance and project management. Currently serving as a Reinsurance Consultant at Pacific Life Re since May 2021, Manu specializes in conducting detailed analyses of client data to ensure accuracy and timeliness while monitoring service standards. Previously, Manu worked as a Reinsurance Analyst at Teleperformance, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive fintech training programs. Manu's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at IS India Marine Technical Services Pvt Ltd, where achievements as a Project Manager involved the successful execution of 15 projects, totaling INR 15 crores (US$ 3.5M). Manu holds a Master's degree in International Business from Durham University Business School.
