Drew Heisig, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and vendor management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Vendor Management at Pacific Life since June 2023, Drew has previously held significant leadership roles, including Executive Director of Operations at Firstsource and Manager of Operations at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee. With a background of over two decades at Unum, Drew's expertise includes service operations, compliance, and project management, making substantial contributions to business technology enhancements and regulatory compliance. Drew holds an MBA in Finance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Covenant College.
