Jim Sloan

Jim Sloan is an experienced Senior Program Manager with a robust background in transitioning teams to agile methodologies and managing complex projects across various industries. Currently at Pacific Life since November 2021, Jim has focused on developing program frameworks and optimizing contractor life-cycle management. Previous roles include consulting for Commercial Maintenance & Renovations, Inc., overseeing video infrastructure programs at Facebook, and managing numerous significant projects at companies such as AssetMark, Campbell Soup Company, Wells Fargo, and Yahoo!. Jim has demonstrated expertise in project lifecycle management, agile coaching, and strategic partner collaboration, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Cal State East Bay and an Associate of Arts from Chabot College.
