Lorrie Laughlin

Lorrie Laughlin is a communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communication across various industries. Currently serving as the Communications Lead for Technology at Pacific Life since March 2023, Lorrie previously held the role of Communications Advisor Lead at USAA from August 2021 to November 2023. Lorrie's career includes significant positions at McDonald's, where responsibilities as the US Systems Communications Manager involved managing internal communications for over 1,800 staff and 14,000 restaurants, as well as serving as Regional Communications Manager, focusing on executive communications.
