Michelle Tays

Michelle Tays currently serves as the Director of Technology Strategy & Planning at Pacific Life, a position held since March 2024, where responsibilities include leading the establishment of a strategic planning function that aligns technology initiatives with business priorities. Prior to this role, Michelle worked briefly as an Ambassador at Roth Staffing, where efforts focused on transforming technology strategy at Pacific Life. Between May 1998 and June 2023, Michelle held various leadership positions at USAA, culminating in the role of Assistant Vice President of Application Development, leading substantial transformation programs and managing significant budgets and personnel across multiple projects. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
