Shuai Wang

Shuai Wang, Ph.D., is a Senior Data Scientist at Pacific Life since June 2023. Previously, Shuai held the position of Principal Data Scientist at Thomas from April 2021 to May 2023, where several data initiatives were initiated. Prior to that, Shuai worked at 84.51˚ as a Lead Operations Research Scientist and Data Science Consultant from December 2017 to April 2021, transferring from Kroger's R&D team. During an earlier tenure at Kroger from March 2012 to December 2017, Shuai served as an Operations Research Consultant, focusing on promotion planning optimization. Shuai earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial System Engineering from Wright State University and a Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management from Dalian Jiaotong University.
