Tage Smith

Tage Smith serves as the Assistant Vice-President of IT Operations at Pacific Life since 2020, where responsibilities include executive leadership in Operations Strategy, Vendor Management, and IT Risk Management, and significant contributions to a cost-saving Technology Strategy. Previously, Tage held several positions at RTX from 2006 to 2020, culminating as Head of Performance Excellence, overseeing global business management and strategic roadmaps. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant role at Deloitte, managing multimillion-dollar client engagements focused on risk management and auditing. Tage holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.
