Pete Stromberg

Pete Stromberg is an accomplished training and development professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Training Support Manager at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since January 2020, Pete previously held positions such as Project Training Manager at Bechtel National Inc. and Vice President of Talent Development at Solarity Credit Union, where significant initiatives included restructuring compensation packages and fulfilling DOE training requirements. With a strong background in learning operations at Chevron and management roles at United Airlines and Aurora Loan Services, Pete has demonstrated expertise in program development, organizational design, and strategic implementation. Pete holds advanced degrees in Educational Leadership, Organizational Leadership, and Business Administration from Liberty University and Regis University.
