Jennifer Dershimer has extensive experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as the HR Manager at Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier since March 2014. In this role, Jennifer oversees all benefits related to medical, dental, vision, and life insurance and has successfully completed three Open Enrollments. Prior to this position, Jennifer worked as a Payroll Administrator at Rent A Wheel, managing bi-weekly payroll for over 600 employees and ensuring accurate reporting. Jennifer also has a background in HR coordination, having maintained employee personnel files and handled unemployment claims. Earlier experience includes HR and payroll administration at Levy Restaurants, where Jennifer managed payroll for over 200 employees and executed various HR functions. Jennifer holds a high school diploma from El Segundo High School (2001-2005).
