Larisa Brisson

Larisa Brisson has a wealth of experience in the field of learning and development. Larisa is currently the Director of Learning and Development at Pacific Point, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Business Owner of Tandem Technology Solutions from 2021. From 2018 to 2021, they held two roles at Accenture, Salesforce Learning & Leadership Development Manager and Technology Education Manager, Salesforce Business Group. Larisa has also been with Brisson Inc since 1999, where they have held the roles of Salesforce Trailhead Academy Instructor and Trailhead Ranger, as well as Software Trainer and Instructional Design Specialist. During this time, they provided global consulting services including market research, computer software training, instructional design and project management for companies such as GSK Pharmaceuticals, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Sanifi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, Common Health - MBS Vox, C3i, Inc., Astellas Pharmaceuticals Europe, Astellas Pharmaceuticals North America, Novo Nordisc Europe, Bayer Pharmacueticals Canada, Otsuka Pharmacueticals, Shire Pharmacueticals, Johnson & Johnson, Cegedim Dendrite, Pfizer Pharmacueticals, Sankyo Pharmacueticals, and Atlanta Children's Hospital - Epic Training 2008.

Larisa Brisson attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a BS in Hotel Administration. In 2013, they obtained a Change Management Specialist (CMS) from the Management and Strategy Institute. Larisa has also obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant from Salesforce.org in August 2019, Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant from Salesforce.org in July 2019, Certifies Salesforce Platform App Developer from Salesforce in January 2019, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant from Salesforce.com in December 2018, Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator from Salesforce.org in May 2018, Certified Salesforce Trailhead Academy Instructor from Salesforce in October 2014, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) from salesforce.com in September 2014, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant Certification from Salesforce.org, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administraror from Salesforce, and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from Salesforce.
