Carrie Cofer has a diverse work experience in various senior roles. Carrie started their career as the VP of Human Resources at Columbia Machine, Inc. in 1998, where they served until 2009. Carrie then joined Kiewit as the Senior HR Manager from 2009 to 2014. During their tenure at Kiewit, they also took on the role of Director of Client Relations & Business Development from 2014 to 2015. After that, they established their own consulting business, C2 Consulting, where they served as the Business Owner from February 2016 to September 2016. Carrie then transitioned to Pacific Power Group, where they initially served as the Vice President of HR from September 2016 to September 2017. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Power Generation at Pacific Power Group, a role they have been in since September 2017.

Carrie Cofer holds a Bachelor's Degree from George Fox University. Carrie obtained a B.A. in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development, as well as a B.S. in Biology. In addition to their degree, they also have additional certifications including the SCP certification from SHRM and the SPHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
