Diana Harb has extensive experience in the banking industry. Diana started their career as a Senior Corporate Banking Officer at HomeFed Bank from 1990 to 1991. Diana then moved on to Union Bank, where they held various roles such as Credit Executive, Small Business Credit Manager, and Credit Support & Integration Manager. At Union Bank, they managed credit executives and analysts, focused on credit quality and turn times, and developed workflows for credit risk management. In 2013, they joined Mission Community Bank as a Commercial Banking Officer, underwriting and managing a commercial loan portfolio and implementing risk strategies. Diana was later retained from the Mission Community Bank acquisition and worked as a Credit Manager/Senior Vice President at Pacific Premier Bank, overseeing credit analysts and portfolio managers. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Portfolio Director/Senior Vice President at Pacific Premier Bank, responsible for underwriting and credit oversight for three counties and managing a team of 10 credit professionals.
Diana Harb completed the 3 Year Banking School Program at Pacific Coast Banking School-University of Washington from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with an Accounting Emphasis from San Diego State University in 1985.
