Lisa Kobza

Lisa Kobza has a diverse work experience in various financial roles. Lisa started their career as a Financial Accountant at Nebraska Pork Partners LLC in 1996 and later became a Production Analyst - Accounting. Lisa then worked as a Financial Comptroller at Ernst Auto Center Inc from 2011 to 2014. Lisa also served as the Financial Controller at Lee Enterprises from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they work at Pacific Premier Bank as a Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager, where they have a deep understanding of franchise lending, underwriting, relationship management, and portfolio management. Additionally, Lisa has experience in property management as they were a Financial - Property Manager at Kobza Residential Properties since 1995. Prior to their financial roles, Lisa was an Automated Logistics Specialist in the Nebraska Army National Guard.

Lisa Kobza received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Accounting Emphasis from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. Lisa also obtained a certification in Lean Six Sigma for Service Green Belt Toolpack from TMAC, The University of Texas Arlington, in August 2007.
