Sophy L.

Sophy L. has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Sophy started their career at United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) in 2007 as an AVP in Commercial Lending & Project Financing. Sophy then joined Raiffeisen Bank International AG in 2008 as a Team Leader in Commodity Trade Finance. In 2012, they worked at the McCombs School of Business as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. In 2013, they joined East West Bank as a VP Credit Specialist, where they stayed until 2022. Currently, they are working at Pacific Premier Bank as a VP Sr Portfolio Manager.

Sophy L. has an MBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. Sophy also holds a Master of Economics in Finance from Tsinghua University.
