Lindsey Paulekas has extensive experience in outdoor therapeutic programs and youth coaching. Currently serving as the Alumni and Family Services Liaison at Pacific Quest since May 2012, Lindsey supports families transitioning into the program and oversees follow-up with alumni. Previous roles at Pacific Quest include Program Coordinator, responsible for daily operations and crisis management, and Program Supervisor, focusing on creating a safe therapeutic environment using holistic wellness approaches. Earlier experience includes serving as a High School Diving Coach at Waiakea High School since November 2015, as well as roles such as Snowboard Professional Instructor and Wilderness Trip Leader. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Colorado State University.
