Kristine Mellgren, SHRM-SCP, possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving at Pacific Retirement Services since March 2019. Previously, Kristine held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth from 2016 to March 2019, where talent management processes were implemented, including performance evaluations and career growth initiatives. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at the YMCA of Greater Long Beach (2008-2016), overseeing comprehensive HR functions across multiple locations, and Restaurant & Training Manager at Red Robin (2002-2006), focusing on recruitment and training to enhance customer service. Kristine holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource and Organizational Development from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southern Oregon University.
