Steve Rinkle

Steve joined PRS in 2005 and has practiced law since 1990. His experience includes private practice in Portland and Honolulu with the national law firm of Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP, and in Medford with the Jackson County Counsel’s Office. Prior to law school, Steve served in Washington, DC, at the Treasury Department, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Department of the Navy, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
