Colette Sangerman, SPHR, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Pacific Science Center, where responsibilities include strategic leadership in HR functions, developing division roadmaps, and fostering an inclusive organizational culture. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness, overseeing employee relations and professional development, and HR Talent Project & Operations Manager, where multi-year talent initiatives and HR systems implementation were key achievements. Colette's earlier experience encompasses HR roles at Tom Douglas Restaurants, Woodland Park Zoo, and Clipper Vacations, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. Colette holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Western Governors University.
