Rachel Donahue

Rachel Donahue currently serves as Head of People at PACSUN since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of People & Culture at Aritzia from July 2023 to June 2025, and as Vice President of People Business Partner at Saks from November 2020 to June 2023. Rachel also held the position of Vice President of People Business Partner at Tory Burch for a brief period in late 2019. Prior to these roles, Rachel was Director of People Business Partner at Macy's from September 2013 to November 2019, also serving as Senior Manager for People Business Partner and Executive Recruitment. Rachel's expertise encompasses career development and HR consulting, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Education from Boston University and an A.A.S. in Retail Merchandising Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
