Jennifer Meagher

Jennifer Meagher has over 20 years of experience in the retail and finance industries. Jennifer began their career in 2001 as Manager at Damon's Grill, where they managed a team of 25 employees and was responsible for weekly journal entries, bi-weekly payroll operations, and accounts payable. In 2004, they moved to Bene Chex, Inc. as a Payroll Specialist, where they authored and prepared payroll records, tax payments, and customized reports. From 2006-2008, they worked at Kohl's Department Stores as a Financial Analyst, where they composed ad-hoc analysis and evaluated the economic and financial performance of new and comparable store base. From 2008-2017, they worked at Macy's in various roles, including District Planner and Associate Planner. In 2017, they moved to Sundance Holdings Group, LLC as Manager of Retail Planning and Retail Planner, where they founded the retail planning domain from the ground up, created retail financial and merchandise plans, and created an in-season forecasting tool. Most recently, in 2021, they began working at Pacifica Beauty as Senior Demand Planning Manager.

Jennifer Meagher obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
