Paul de Guingand

Paul de Guingand has extensive experience in supply chain management and leadership roles. Paul currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Pacificomm since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at The Supply Chain Network, where they worked as a transformational lead, customizing international supply chain solutions for clients. Paul also served as the Chief Executive Officer at Brand Services, leading a team and working on a personal project, their first book. Paul was the Chief Executive Officer at CS Logistic Solutions Pty Ltd, where they led the turnaround journey of the Australian division. Additionally, they held roles as General Manager - Commercial Development at CS Logistic Solutions, Head of Supply Chain at Lattice Energy, and Solution Design Director at Adjuno – B2B Cloud-Based Supply Chain Management Software. Before that, Paul served as the Logistics and Supply Chain Director at Weir Minerals Australia Ltd. and the Supply Chain Director at Cellnet Group Limited. Paul began their career at Bunnings as the National Import Logistics and Distribution Manager.

Paul de Guingand completed their education in the field of Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Paul pursued a Post Graduate Certificate of Logistics from RMIT University, starting in 1996 and completing it in 2000.
