Tony Hernandez

Tony Hernandez is a seasoned data analyst with expertise in healthcare analytics and business intelligence. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at PacificSource Health Plans since January 2020, Tony specializes in data integration and analysis for risk adjustment and healthcare quality outcomes while also training fellow analysts in relevant software tools and methods. Previously, Tony held multiple roles in business intelligence, leading data integration development and creating ETL workflows to enhance healthcare quality outcomes using SQL and SSIS. Additional experience includes volunteering at Project Koru, representing the organization at fundraising events, and working as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Advanced Health, where Tony focused on ETL workflow development and automation. Tony began their career as a Business Assistant at Klamath Irrigation District, gaining exposure to various business workflows. Tony holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Health Informatics from Oregon Institute of Technology.
