WestCoast Entertainment, located in Spokane, Washington is the promoter/presenter of National Touring Broadway events and other live concerts and entertainment.  WCE is the Primary Presenter at Spokane’s First Interstate Center for the Arts presenting more than 80 performances per year generating more than 14 million in ticket sales.    

The Ticket Coordinator for WestCoast Entertainment will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist Ticketing Manager with the build and management of event ticket manifests including venue scaling, season ticket packages, holds, promotions, and other ticketing commitments for all WestCoast Entertainment events.
  • Provide customer service in person, by phone, and by email to season ticket and group patrons at both the WCE office and the event venue.
  • Support the Best of Broadway Season Series subscription ticket program including guest services, subscriber benefits, yearly renewals, seat allocations, and account management.
  • Ticketing representative to the public as well as touring/artist management for sales, information, and services for all WCE events.
  • Assist with the management of all holds, house seats, and promotional distributions for both tour and WCE.
  • Produce and provide event ticketing reports, wraps, audits, and other ticketing-related reports as needed, including event settlement reports.
  • Serve as liaison between WestCoast Entertainment and the ticketing company box office and call center for season ticket services. Prepare training materials and assist in the training and guidance of call center and box office personnel for subscriber services.
  • Assist Ticketing Manager with group sales and fulfillment including communication with existing and prospective group patrons, seat allocations, payment processing, and retention initiatives.
  • Assist with special programs such as Random Acts of Kindness, Showkidz, Concierge Program, and Student Rush.
  • Assist with the oversight of Part-Time ticket sellers during events and special sales efforts throughout the year.
  • Other duties as assigned or as needed to better serve guests or to further the success of WCE ticket sales, Subscriber programs/benefits, group sales, and events.

Position Requisites:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook
  • Ability to learn and navigate the ticketing system for both front-facing guest services and sales as well as back-end event builds and account management. Familiarity with Paciolan ticketing system or similar is preferred.
  • You are able to multi-task, follow through, and prioritize well to meet deadlines.
  • You can connect and communicate honestly, openly and effectively with your guests and your team.
  • You can develop positive working relationship with fellow associates, managers, season ticket holders, group organizers, tour management, partner representatives and agencies.
  • There are times when you may have to deal with an unhappy person; you do need to know how to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with the public and coworkers.
  • Position requires duties to be performed in many different settings, including office, at the event venue or remote.
  • May have irregular working hours to accommodate event schedules which includes some nights and weekends.
  • Discretion and confidentiality required working with event financial and sales data and when working on events that are not yet publicly disclosed.

The approximate base pay range for this position is $19.23 to $22.84. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
