Salman Maqbool is a seasoned machine learning engineer currently working as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at PackageX, where deep learning solutions for logistics are developed. As the Founder of psychiatrai, Salman focuses on mental health solutions for low and middle-income countries, including a WhatsApp-based counseling model for mild to moderate depression. Previous experience includes roles as Platform Engineer at Abyss Solutions Ltd, Technical and Regional Expert at Overcome, and AI Engineer at Luxolis, along with co-founding psychiatrai. Salman's earlier positions at siParadigm, Veeve, and CERN involved leading innovative projects in AI and software development across various domains, complemented by a Master's in Robotics and Intelligent Machines Engineering and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST).
