Albert Teoh

Albert Teoh has a work experience spanning over several years. Albert started their career as a Software Developer at ATNF, CSIRO in 2005. After that, they worked at Optiver Asia Pacific as a Software Developer for almost 10 years, where they primarily focused on front-end desktop applications and was involved with the development of the OneTick timeseries database.

In 2016, Albert joined CBIG Consulting as a Software Developer, where they worked on an open-source Python project called data_pipeline. Albert also utilized Ansible to automate setup tasks and the installation process of the application.

Albert then moved on to Uber in 2018, working as a Senior Software Engineer for two years. During their time at Uber, they played a key role in software development projects.

In 2020, they joined Logz.io as a Software Engineer before moving to Nearmap in 2021, where they continued their role as a Software Engineer until 2023.

Currently, Albert is working as a Software Engineer at Packsmith, starting from 2023.

Albert Teoh obtained a Bachelor of Software Engineering degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of New South Wales (UNSW) from 2000 to 2003. In addition, they obtained the certifications of CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator and CKAD: Certified Kubernetes Application Developer from The Linux Foundation in July 2020.
