Daniel Brunk

Daniel Brunk has extensive work experience in the defense and maritime industries. Daniel is currently the Chief Executive Officer at PacMar Technologies and Martin Defense Group, LLC. Daniel previously served as a Director of Navy and Marine Corps Strategy at Martin Defense Group, where they played a pivotal role in developing innovative solutions.

Before their current roles, Daniel held the position of Special Assistant to the DARPA Director at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. In this role, they were responsible for facilitating communication between program managers and the Navy.

Daniel also has a strong background in the US Navy, where they held multiple positions. Daniel served as the Chief of Naval Operations N3/N5, Branch Head Ocean Systems and Nuclear Matters, Financial Planning. In this role, they coordinated with various agencies on nuclear powered warship visits and environmental issues. Additionally, they led the USS HELENA (SSN-725) as the Commanding Officer, overseeing all ship operations, personnel, training, and maintenance.

Prior to their roles in the Navy, Daniel served as the Deputy Director-Executive Officer at Farragut Technical Analysis Center, Office of Naval Intelligence, and as the Special Navy Assistant at The Joint Staff level. Daniel began their career as a Nuclear Submarine Officer, serving on three submarines and at the U.S. Naval Academy.
