Anna Dia Adriani

Anna Dia Adriani has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Anna Dia started working at THNK - School of Creative Leadership in 2014 as a Recruitment & Marketing Intern, and later became a Partnerships Executive and Assistant. In 2016, they joined Growth Tribe Academy as an Operations & Program Manager and later took on roles as Head of Operations & HR, Operations & Human Resource Director, and finally Executive Director of Operations. In 2020, Anna worked as a NextGen Investor at Collider, an accelerator for marketing and sales technology startups. Anna Dia then worked at Founda as Chief Operating Officer and Head of People, where they focused on organizational development, building HR processes, and centralizing recruitment efforts. Anna also served as an Interim Manager and Team & Culture Advisor at Kiitos Technologies, where they facilitated strategy, organizational development, and provided leadership coaching. Anna Dia briefly worked as Chief Operating Officer at Space&Matter before joining Pacmed as an Interim Manager for Leadership & Organizational Development. Currently, Anna is working at their own company, where they specialize in organizational development for startups and scaleups with a social mission.

Anna Dia Adriani completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Amsterdam University College from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In December 2022, they received certification in Systemic Coaching from Bert Hellinger Instituut Nederland. Anna Dia also achieved the Professional Coaching - EQA Practitioner Level (NOBCO) certification from ICM opleidingen & trainingen in December 2021. In January 2021, Anna Dia Adriani obtained certification in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (Basics) from ACT in Actie - Academy.
