Nicolas Dörken

Nicolas Demange is an experienced professional in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as the CEO of Le Bureau D'à Côté since September 2020, where a unique method for efficient and sustainable recruitment is developed. Prior to this role, Nicolas co-founded Juicy People and held the position of CEO from January 2016 to September 2020. Nicolas also worked as Directeur de Projets RH at EXOLYS Search & HR Consulting, focusing on sourcing solutions and employer branding from October 2008 to January 2016. Earlier career experiences include serving as Managing Director at BestSaler, a recruitment consultancy, and Sales Manager at both Adelsoft and Krystal Clear Advertising. Nicolas holds educational credentials from ESIAE and ESDE SUP.
